Doug Dostal, a professional consultant for customer relationship and business process management platforms, has joined B3 Group to lead the company's Pega practice.
He will be responsible for ensuring that the Pegasystems BPM software design aligns with B3's programs and customer requirements, B3 said Thursday.
Dostal previously worked at Eventus Solutions Group in roles such as senior engagement director and Pega practice lead and also established a consulting business focused on enterprise CRM platforms for Fortune 1000 customers.
He is also certified to offer his expertise on technology products from Oracle and Salesforce.
His career also included thought leadership work in areas such as federal and state government markets, health care delivery, financial services, global retail and consumer goods.
