Artificial intelligence software provider Nuance has selected Carahsoft Technology as its North American Partner of the Year and North American Top Partner for Security and Biometrics.
Carahsoft said Tuesday it received the awards for its performance in helping Nuance market and distribute the latter’s AI-based voice and language technology offerings to government customers.
Both companies have worked together for more than seven years.
Carahsoft accepted the recognition at the Nuance Partner Summit held in New Orleans.
The technology services contractor posted more than $6.5B in 2019 sales and added over 1,400 sales, marketing, contracting and customer service professionals to its workforce last year.
Burlington, Mass.-based Nuance maintains a portfolio of AI-based speech recognition and natural language understanding platforms designed to support interaction between people and devices.
