The U.S. Air Force Space Command will hold a pitch day on March 4 in Cocoa, Fla., in a move to assess commercially available offerings and services to support the U.S. Space Force.

The 45th Space Wing, which is located at Patrick AF Base in Cocoa, launched a commercial solutions opening for services and technologies that can “fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential technology advancements” for the recently established military branch, according to a notice posted Monday on the beta SAM website.

According to a separate notice, 45 SW is seeking capabilities intended for a range of space operations including data transmission and artificial intelligence-based system monitoring and maintenance. The wing is also interested in technologies that can process weather radar data and disseminate related alerts.

Additionally, 45 SW said they are looking for installation sustainment services such as communications, maintenance and overall facility support at the Patrick AFB complex.

Interested participants may submit inquiries and concerns until Jan. 24.
