Event Cancellation by Participant Policy

• Unless specifically stated on registration materials, event cancellations must be received prior to NOON three business days before the event to receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be made no later than 2 business day after the date of the event.
• Cancellations will be accepted via phone or email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
• No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full event price.
• Substitutions are usually welcome if they meet the minimum status requirements of that particular event - and the event manager approves the change prior to the event.

Event Cancellation by ExecutiveBiz (Inclement Weather Policy)

• ExecutiveBiz reserves the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather, local emergency or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
• ExecutiveBiz will take the following steps to notify registered guests of the status of the event(s):
  • The status of an event will be changed to "Closed" and language will be added to the specific event webpage stating the reasons for the change;
  • Guests who have registered for the specific event and have provided a valid email address will receive an email notification regarding a change in the status of the event;
  • Events starting prior to 10 am Local Time will be cancelled when federal agencies in the locale announce their closure or delayed opening.
• Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event in the new, future date.
• If ExecutiveBiz cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Our concern is for the safety of our guests. We will use our best discretion in making decisions regarding our events and will typically utilize weather and emergency guidelines of local, state and federal authorities in the geographic area where our event is to be held.

Service Provider Policy

Service Providers are not allowed at most ExecutiveBiz events, with the exception of the ExecutiveConnect happy hour networking event series.

A service provider would be considered to be in one of the following industry groups:

• Executive Recruiters
• Front Line Sales person of any industry
• Law Firms
• Accounting and Consulting
• Real Estate
• Banking
• Financial services for Individuals
• Venture Capital (with the exception of principals)
• Brokerage, Insurance and Wealth Management firms
• Other small service related firms
