ExecutiveBiz members packed the Capital Hilton for expert Q&A

by Jim Garrettson
This morning, ExecutiveBiz members were able to hear from an all-star panel of Reporters about what it takes to get noticed by the media. Steve Pearlstein (Washington Post), I.J. Hudson (NBC4), Ben Hammer (Washington Business Journal) and Alice Lipowicz (Washington Technology) spoke before an ExecutiveBiz breakfast seminar in downtown Washington, DC at the Hilton. The event, led by moderator Elizabeth Shea, was a great primer for companies seeking the elusive spotlight and visibility of Washington’s press machine, and was made possible by Merrill Corporation.

Washington Business Journal produced its perennial Book of Lists party (invite only) and dazzled the guests with a Washington Business who’s who.

Gaining and retaining customers is the moving target of most every business. The recent advances in CRM and global sources of support have made the equation a little more complex in recent years. Please plan to join ExecutiveBiz for a panel on Feb 22nd, led by the accomplished maestro of customer support, Tien Wong, and made up of key area CEO’s.
