Prior to co-founding ExecutiveBiz, JD Kathuria became involved in the Potomac Officers Club in 2002 and immediately increased the number of executives who read the POC newsletter by 100%. JD recently founded Harman Systems, Inc. (Harman Systems) a unique information technology and marketing consulting firm based in McLean, Va. Prior to founding Harman Systems, JD held the position of Chief Operating Officer at IBSI, a provider of outsourced call center solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. JD has over 13 years of customer service and management experience.
